HelloVPS runs on Alpine Linux with 128 MB of RAM, 1 GB of disk, and a tiny swap file. The front page is served by nginx and a few shell scripts, while Ergo provides the IRC server and Gamja provides the web chat client. The whole point is to see how much useful live web presence can fit inside one very small VPS.
